Welcome to our award-winning restaurant and cocktail lounge.
We offer a unique dining experience in an historic setting. Our name pays homage to the building's heritage as the original bottling site for Plymouth Gin, and we are conveniently located directly opposite The Distillery.
In our lounge area, you can indulge in locally roasted coffee and homemade cakes, and explore our carefully curated cocktail menu and wine selection. Traditional Devon cream teas are served daily at lunch-time, whilst our exquisite afternoon teas, perfect for special occasions, require a reservation (48 hours in advance).

Service times may vary throughout the festive period.
The last available booking slot for food on the following days will be 7pm: Christmas Eve; December 27th to 30th; New Year’s Eve; New Year’s Day; and January 2nd.
The last available booking slot for food on Monday 3rd of January will be 4pm.
